We changed from our previous IT support company to SurfTech on 01JAN2020. We have found SurfTech to be extremely good value. They are professional, responsive and the quality of their work for us in this past year has been exemplary. All things IT in one place and under the control of one company. IT for us is a trouble free process that I no longer think about and I have no concerns about. SurfTech just take good care us! SurfTech are not on the door step of our offices but that has had zero impact on their ability to support us. Not considered as a supplier - but a very key and important partner who are part of our business continuity plans. If you have IT support issues, give SurfTech a try.

Bright Lights uses Surf Tec IT for all our IT needs. The main resons we use Surf Tec IT is for it's quick response and calm level of professionalism. Example one Friday afternoon our IT system went down which stopped all our machines and meant orders stopped! With an instant phone call to Surf Tec IT, John took remote control access of our system and had the system working within the hour.

Surf Tech are absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We are quite high maintenance ;) with Cloud Accounting, server and remote workers and they give us instant support whenever we need it. If you waste any time on your IT get them on board. We have never looked back.

Cannot speak highly enough of the guys at Surf - they look after us so well, and have done from the moment they took us on. What's great is that we feel able to call them at any time and they will give us all the time and attention we need to resolve our problem there and then - no call backs, no waiting - and most importantly, they treat every request with the same high levels of attention, no matter how small.
